1. What Tedolo is and who provides it

Tedolo is an app for organizing group trips: itinerary, documents, shared expenses, alerts and SOS. It is provided by Nexu HR Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States (3 Germay Dr, Unit 4 #3278, Wilmington, DE 19804, USA). In these Terms, “we” means Nexu HR Inc.

We are not a travel agency or an airline, and we don’t sell flights, hotels or insurance. By creating an account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Each account is personal: keep access to your email and your phone safe.

Minors can travel in a group as members without an account, added by an adult with the authorization of their legal guardian.

3. What the app does and its limits

Schedules, alerts, weather and flight information are meant to help, but they may be wrong or arrive late. Always confirm with the airline, hotel or provider.

SOS does not replace emergency services: if you are in danger, call 112, 123, 911 or the local emergency number.

4. Artificial intelligence

Some features use AI to read bookings or suggest plans. Results may contain mistakes: review and confirm them before saving.

We only send data to AI if you give us permission, and you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Your content and acceptable use

What you upload (documents, photos and notes) remains yours. You give us a limited license to store it and show it to your group, solely to provide the service.

Don’t upload other people’s documents without their permission, or any illegal content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Group expenses

The app works out who owes whom, but it does not move money or process payments between people. Each member is responsible for settling their debts.

7. Price and payments

Today the app is free: there are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads.

If we offer paid plans later, we will tell you in advance, and we will never charge you anything without your explicit agreement. Those payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their own billing, renewal and refund rules; you can cancel a subscription in your store’s settings.

8. Intellectual property and copyright

The app, its brand, its design and its code belong to Nexu HR Inc. You may use them only to organize your trips, not copy or resell them.

If you believe content on Tedolo infringes your copyright, write to us at legal@nexuhr.com with your details, the affected work, where the content is located and a good-faith statement. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove it.

9. Liability, changes and governing law

We provide the service with care, but we are not liable for losses caused by schedule changes, third-party cancellations or not checking the information, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country does not allow us to exclude.

If we change these terms, we will tell you in the app before they apply. They are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nexu HR Inc. is registered. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith for 30 days; if it is not resolved, either party may go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to another forum. Either party may seek urgent relief from any competent court. Nothing here limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, for example Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 or European Union law. Contact: legal@nexuhr.com.
